Clarity Content QA belongs to Portland Metro local Clara Diane Johnson. Clara grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and graduated with an English degree from George Fox University in 2010. She then moved on to study Library Science at Emporia State University’s School of Library and Information Management (SLIM). She then graduated with her master’s degree in 2013. Over the following years, she served local libraries (academic and public), and offices including government and healthcare settings.

After discontinuing her medical coding study with the AAPC in 2025, Clara wanted an adventure that would utilize her previously developed skills as a proofreader, coming from years of research, writing, and more research. So, Clarity Content Quality Assurance LLC was born!

Currently, Clara’s interests outside business involve reading, writing poetry and short fiction, pottery, and listening to hard rock and lo-fi music. She lives in the Portland area with her little black cat, Olive.
